HR Superintendent (Project Base in East Kaliman= tan)

Job and Responsibilities
=E2=80=A2 Assist HR Manager in head= quarter Jakarta to oversee all matter
related to Human Resources process: = Recruitment, termination, transfer,
promotion etc of all projects in East K= alimantan
=E2=80=A2 Salary administration for non staff, and Jamsostek=E2=80=A2
Industrial relation matters
=E2=80=A2 Formalities / expatria= te documentation
=E2=80=A2 Maintain good relationship with local manpowe= r department
officerand other related institutions

HR Officer HR S= upervisor (Project Base in East Kalimantan)

Job and Responsibilities= 
=E2=80=A2 Assist HR Superintendent to perform all matter related to Hum= an
Resources process at designated site: Recruitment, termination, transfer= ,
promotion etc of all projects in East Kalimantan
=E2=80=A2 Jamsostek=E2=80=A2 Salary Administration for non staff, and
Jamsostek
=E2=80=A2= Industrial relation matters
=E2=80=A2 Formalities / expatriate document= ation
=E2=80=A2 Maintain good relationship with local manpower departmen= t
officerand other related institutions

Required Skill and Qualific= ations for HR Superintendent, HR Officer and HR
Supervisor
=E2=80=A2 3 -= 5 year experience in similar position/responsibilities for HR
Officer= and HR Supervisor
=E2=80=A2 5 - 7 year experience in similar position /= responsibilities for
HR Superintendent
=E2=80=A2 Strong knowledge in la= bor law and experience in handling IR
matters
=E2=80=A2 DIII or SI degre= e from any background, law degree is advantage
=E2=80=A2 Good command of= both oral and written English.
=E2=80=A2 Good interpersonal skill
= =E2=80=A2 Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

IR Superin= tendent (Project Base in East Kalimantan)

Job and Responsibilities = Requirements
=E2=80=A2 Assist HR Manager in head quarter Jakarta to over= see all matter
related to Industrial Relation matters to all projects in th= e company
=E2=80=A2 Proven skill in handling IR dispute and settlement=E2=80=A2 Having
minimum of 8 - 10 years or experience in IR matters
= =E2=80=A2 Must be conversant in Indonesian labor law
=E2=80=A2 Persuasiv= e, communicative, and highly negotiation skill ability
=E2=80=A2 Compute= r literate
