Purpose of the role:
Report to Superintendent Compensation Wor= kforce Planning to be responsible
and accountable for supervising and coord= inating human capital planning

analysis, and maintain workforce balance in = order to provide better

Requirements:=E2=80=A2 Minimum S1 graduated preferably with Economics,

experience at the Staff level in any discipline that= requires analytical

=E2=80=A2 Having good interpersonal skills and able to do effectiv= e
communication at all levels.

Purpose of the role:
Report = to C&B Coordinator to assist on conducting and performing analysis
study on= compensation and benefit include: salary and allowances review,
overtime a= nd absenteeism analysis, monthly performance of economical
minimum physical= requirement and employment cost model in order to provide
accurate informa= tion and develop recommendation for PT INCO Management.

Requirements= :
=E2=80=A2 Graduate (S-1) in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Eng=
ineering.

discipline that requires analytical thinking capability, and preferab= ly in

Engineering.

discipline that requires analytical thinking capability, and p= referably in
multinational companies.

Selection.
