To suppor= t our operations in Indonesia. We are seeking highly qualified
candidates f= or the following positions :

1. Field Prof-Directional Driller (Code= : DD)

Provide BHA to customer on location i.e. BHA propose, BHA Ana= lysis, BHA
Prediction, Whirl Calculation, and Hydraulic. Understand Well pl= an, Survey
Calculation, anti collision and well path projection. Active in =
DirectionalDrilling aspects of the client=E2=80=99s approved drilling prog=
ram and understand main directional job. Active, understand and concern for=
HSE.

Requirements :
1. Minimum education D-3 / S-1 (Mechanical, = Electrical, Petroleum and
Geological Engineering)
2. Have Experience as = Directional Driller minimum 3 Years.
3. Ability to do Drilling Analysis.= 

2. Field Prof-LWD (Code : LWD)

Provides on-site supervision = of the Logging While Drilling (LWD) process
including tool preparations, da= ta acquisition, log generation and Quality
Control (QC), and delivery of th= e services to the customer. Serves as the
second man on most jobs, assists = in ensuring that expected and needed
data,including possible problems, are= provided to the customer. These areas
include mud hydraulics, Bottom Hole = Assembly (BHA) planning, formation
evaluation, drilling tendencies, the mud= system, and BHA dynamics.
Identifies and corrects operational problems to = prevent or minimize
serviceimpact

Requirements :
1. Minimum educ= ation : Bachelor degree in
Mechanical/Electrical/Petroleum/Geolog= y Engineering.
2. Have minimum 2 years experience as LWD engineer or ass= ociate.

3. HR GENERALIST, SR (Code : Sr. HR)

Responsible for = day-to-day administration of policies and execution of
programs covering se= veral or all of the following: compensation and
benefit, recruitment, staff= ing, training, and other administrative
functions. Works under only general= supervision, and may assist in
developing policies. Guides line management= regarding the interpretation
andapplication of Human Resources (HR) polic= ies and procedures. Develops
and recommends related programs and processes = to improve efficiency and
productivity. Job tasks correctly performed impac= t indirectly on cost
containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Requirements :
1. More than 8 years of experience in overall HR f= unctional areas.
2. In depth knowledge and skill in compensation benefi= t and training
development.
3. Education : Bachelor degree in any disci= pline from reputable
university.
4. Proficiency in English language at a= n advance level equivalent to 550
ofthe TOEFL score.

4. HSE Inspect= or (Code : HSE)

Reports to HSE Coordinator. Under close supervision,= responsible for field
level implementation of health, safety, and environm= ental policies,
procedures and guidelines as instructed. Assists in various= activities,
including but not limited to risk identification, incident rep= orting and
investigations, waste minimization, pollution prevention and con= trol, and
various compliance activities in all areas of HSE. Assists in the=
conductingof inspections and assessments. Record-keeping and other genera= l
administrative duties are not likely to be part of assigned duties. Oral =
and written communications are required as well as organizational abilities=
.

Specific requirements :
=E2=80=A2 Bachelor degree from any engi= neering discipline;
=E2=80=A2 Knowledge of company HSE programs, policie= s, procedures and
processes, as well as familiarity with applicable regulat= ory requirements.
=E2=80=A2 1 - 3 years of experience is preferable.
= =E2=80=A2 Willing to be located anywhere in Indonesia

General requir= ements for no 1 =E2=80=93 4 :

=E2=80=A2 Good command in English both= oral and written.
=E2=80=A2 Good communication and negotiation skill.=E2=80=A2 Proficiency in
Computer (windows, office etc)
=E2=80=A2 Stro= ng personality with good team spirit, analytical and problem
solving skill.= 
=E2=80=A2 Willing and able to work under pressure
