Legal Adviser

Responsibilities:
= =E2=80=A2 Provide regular reports to the Head of Legal
=E2=80=A2 Assist = Head of Legal in providing legal advise to Shell
management and business fu= nction
=E2=80=A2 Advise Head of Legal and management on any changes in r=
egulationsand its impact to Shell related business for his/her assigned bu=
siness function
=E2=80=A2 Handle any legal matter arising from company b= usiness activities
related to his/her assigned business function
=E2=80= =A2 Provide bi-weekly progress report for any legal matter under
his/her re= view and handling
=E2=80=A2 Handle contract drafting and its execution f= or the business
function activities
=E2=80=A2 Maintain good relationship= with related government officials and
third party
=E2=80=A2 Maintain go= od relationship with his/her assigned business
function contact point
= =E2=80=A2 Promote team work with other legal staff
=E2=80=A2 Handle any = other task/work assigned by management.

Requirements:
=E2=80=A2 B= achelor=E2=80=99s Degree in Law from a reputable university.
Master=E2=80= =99s Degree in Law/Economic/Management an advantage
=E2=80=A2 More = than three years=E2=80=99 experience in a law/notary firm.
Preferably with = five years=E2=80=99 experience in related field
=E2=80=A2 Willing to tra= vel throughout Indonesia
=E2=80=A2 Able to work independently with minim= um supervision
=E2=80=A2 Hard working, trustworthy and good team player=E2=80=A2 Positive
attitude and good English communication skills.
