Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for loadi= ng front end loading and conceptual development of

facilities projects. Sen= ior Development Engineer shall be capable of
leading the multidiscipline te= am consisting of different expertise such as
process / facilities engineeri= ng, geophysics, reservoir, drilling,

assist the multidiscipline team consisting of differe= nt expertise. This
position will assist in progressing through conceptual s= creening and the
preliminary engineering tasks. In that capacity, this posi= tion will assist
in screening different development options, economic analy= ses and risk
assessments that would eventually lead to a recommended option= for
development.

Qualification Experience:
=E2=80=A2 Engineerin= g degree in BS (Bachelor of Science) or equivalent

documentation required by o= ther engineering disciplines. This also

components are installed and tested in ac= cordance with the design

Main Responsibilities:Perform cost control activities for a major, long term
project in the Inf= rastructure Facilities Department. Such projects start
from initial sanctio= n (AFD) gate to Project Closeout. This includes
monitoring all cost activit= ies (AFEs Internal, AFEs, Purchase Orders,
Expenditures, Value Of Work Perf= ormed, Capital Forecasts) assessing the
ongoing and final financial status = of the Project. Additionally, identify
and report trends in the project fin= ancial performance using tools in
PIMS.This position should track actual c= osts against the respective AFE s
Internal and External, via the work break= down structure set in PIMS and in
SAP. This position is a key user for the = PIMS cost control database.

Qualification Experience:
=E2=80=A2 = Bachelor degree in Finance with min. five (5) years extensive
experience wi= th cost control duties on major capital projects, preferably
regionally.=E2=80=A2 Must demonstrate a strong command of project management
principl= es and have attended minimum levels of project management

procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioni= ng of all electrical
equipment up to and including the 6,600 volt power gen= eration station.
Ensure the design, scheduling and installation of all elec= trical tie-ins
are completed in a safe manner, while minimizing downtime of= the Suban
Phase3 operations.

Qualification Experience:
=E2=80= =A2 Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 10
years ex= perience in the design, construction, commissioning and startup of
electric= al systems in gas processing facilities including sour gas
operations. A st= rong background in plant and equipment control systems is
also essential.=E2=80=A2 Previous experience involving tie-in of expansion
facilities to= an existing operating gas plant with specific reference to
planning and de= veloping procedures as well as coordination and monitoring
the execution of= all electrical tie-in work.

Planning Engine= er (PE) (3)

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the implementa= tion of Integrated project planning system
within the Projects group using = Microsoft Project or Primavera planning
software packages. This position wi= ll ensure that high level schedules for
each phase of the projects from pre= liminary engineering through to
start-upare established fully and integrat= ed with the respective Projects
Group and departments. Prepare obtain appr= oval of the Projects Schedule.
This will entail interfacing collating info= rmation from respective project
teams and departments. Provide project admi= nistrative function as needed
with regards to monthly reports, MOM and esta= blishment of various related
project procedures.

Qualification Expe= rience:

all Projects documents transaction and reco= rding.

Qualification Experience:

the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Organization Breakdown St= ructure
(OBS); 3) Setting Project Cost Contingency and escalation; 4) Perfo= rm Cost
Risk Analysis and set up Project cost scenario; For clarification, = the

Qualification Experience:

Projects planning and scheduling procedures a= nd provide planning and
scheduling support during the development of bid do= cuments and evaluations
for Project. Also responsible for performing cost c= ontrol services in
support of Project activities. Functions includes cost e= stimating, data
base management, progress and schedule evaluation and analy= sis, VOWD
analysis, trend analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and bud= geting.
When reporting directly to Project Manager, also responsible for co=
ordinating contracting strategy and coordinating Project procurement activi=
ties.

Qualification Experience:
=E2=80=A2 The candidate must hav= e a Bachelor Degree in Engineering in
either Mechanical, Structural Civil, = Industrial Engineering and Chemical
Engineering with 10 years experience in= oil and gas industry.
=E2=80=A2 Shall have extensive experience in the = establishment of project
schedules, status reporting, planning, scheduling,= cost engineering
administration, progress monitoring systems from prelimi= nary engineering
through detail engineering, procurement, fabrication, inst= allation,
hook-up, and commissioning and advising management in oil and gas= projects.
=E2=80=A2 He/she must be able to coordinate with engineering,=
administration, management and field personnel to insure compatibility wit=
hall interface areas of the project.
=E2=80=A2 He/she must also have ha= nds on experience of modern computerized
planning packages in particular, M= S Project and Primavera and knowledge of
other software packages related to= cost engineering and administration.
=E2=80=A2 The candidate must also = familiar with government regulation on
oil and gas industries.
=E2=80=A2= Prior supervisory experience is mandatory.

Project Engineer (PE) (2= )

Main Responsibilities:
Technically accountable for all aspects = of Project Engineering. This shall
include the development of FEED and exec= ution of EPCI phases, lead and
supervise the Contractor=E2=80=99s staff for= process, instrument,
electrical, civil, structural, construction and all o= ther engineering
disciplines. This also includes review and approval of tec= hnical reports,
drawings, material, equipment and construction specificatio= ns, procedures
for testing, installation, commissioning and start-up. Respo= nsibilities
include liaison with procurement, HSE, Operations, venture mana= ger and
BPMIGAS/MIGAS agencies. 

Qualification Experience:
=E2= =80=A2 University degree in Chemical Engineering, with at least 10
yearsof= process design and implementation experience in oil and gas
industry.
