Organization,is implementing Recovery Prog= ramme in the Tsunami hit areas
ofBanda Aceh, Aceh Besar and Simeuleu. The = programme aims to rehabilitate
tsunami affected population of the three dis= tricts. CARE International
Indonesia =E2=80=93 Banda Aceh (BA)- are present= ly seeking personnel for
the following positions: 

Technical Pro= ject Officer Fisheries

KEY FUNCTIONS:
T= he Technical Project Officer has overall responsibility for implementing
th= e various tasks of the Livelihood Recovery of the Beudoh Programs. This
wil= l include such tasks as identifying and preparing rosters of conducting
com= munity fisheries meetings, conducting fisheries surveys, facilitating
commu= nity fisheries mapping, assessing community fisheries needs, defining
commu= nity fisheries priorities, and in general, providing the interface
between = program technical staff and community membership. S/he will need
toensure = that the programs are well planned and the goals are met. 

RESPONSI= BILITIES:
1. Conduct baseline/KAP survey and keenly compile data = or information from
the sources regarding the Livelihood sectors with assis= tance from
CommunityLeader

2. Provision of socialization an= d information of CARE and Fisheries
programs to beneficiaries

3. = Fully Control and ensure the design, specification and technique of th=
e implementation of the Fisheries project activities.

4. Fac= ilitate, Control and support the winning Contractor, Consultant
and/or Part= ner for implementation of the Fisheries project in the field.

5. = Assist, coordinate and support Fiesheries Community Group for impleme=
ntation of the achieved project targets.

6. Coordinate with = the Technical Assistant Group to ensure the target of
the project within th= e designated timeframe

7. Develop a monthly report to the AP= M Livelihood on the progress made and
potential problems

8. = Provide input and recommendation for improving the performance and
support = of the APM Livelihood.

9. Ensure the financial administratio= n of the field project are meet the
CARE International standard system
= 
10. Conduct any other duties that may reasonably be assigned inline= with
theposition.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
=C2=B7 Bachelor= s degree in Fisheries or any relevant background. 
=C2=B7 Good = communications skills, including negotiation skills
=C2=B7 Good= interpersonal skills, including patience, diplomacy,

=C2=B7 Willing to spend a consid= erable amount of time in the field

Technical Project Officer Microfinance

KEY FUNCTIONS:
The Techn= ical Project Officer has overall responsibility for implementing
the variou= s tasks of the Livelihood Recovery of the Beudoh Programs. This

community M= icrofinance meetings, conducting Microfinance surveys,
facilitating communi= ty Microfinance mapping, assessing community
Microfinance needs, defining c= ommunity Microfinance priorities, and in
general, providing the interface b= etween program technical staff and
community membership. S/he will need to = ensure that the programs are well
planned and the goals are met. 
RESPON= SIBILITIES:
