Hey guys you need to move the vote to the March general meeting
according to the bylaws. Even though you have 3 positions and only 3 people
running.
you still need to have a vote from the membership at the general meeting.

I've received one email ballot thus far. We could put it out via mailing
list and FB that there is a week to get ballots in via email. Also gives
time for any mail-in ballots to arrive (doubtful that there is any, but
you never know), then we just go off what we have received. March board
meeting we can decide who is sacrificed for each position.
