I maintain links to both files so that sites that redirect to the
download do not have to update their links with each update I release.
The versioned link is typically used for package maintainers whose
scripts periodically check for updated releases.

The "ham_dir" variable is used to scan a directory that you define that
only contains certified "ham" emails.  The script will then scan this
directory with each signature database and remove any signatures that
trigger before moving them into the ClamAV production directory.
