If anyone who tried the earlier sed command could try this...

sed -i "s/:687474703A2F2F/:(B)/g" ofhland_malware_URL.ndb
sed -i "s/$/(B):48/" bofhland_malware_URL.ndb

Seems to give me the best speed on my system.
