MESSAGE FROM ST. ANDREWS MIDDLE SCHOOL:


The Richland County Public Library offers a youth volunteer program for
students.  Rising fifth graders to students the age of 15 are invited to
volunteer for one hour per week (during the summer).  Applications will
be accepted during the month of May; they are available at all
locations.  Students will be allowed to indicate branch preferences on
the application.  Smaller branches have a limited amount of
opportunities available.  The main branch can accommodate more
volunteers than the smaller branches.   For more information you may
