If you know that you don't qualify, you do not have to complete forms.  
 If you are unsure, it would be a good idea to fill out the form and
return it to the school.

Free/Reduced Lunch Applications are available in the school cafeteria
or by calling Student Nutrition Services 231-6953.  You must complete
a
new application each year.   If you have students at multiple schools
you only have to complete one application.  Be sure to include all of
your children on that application.  If you have any questions about
your
application status you may contact Student Nutrition Services
231-6953.
