RICHLAND ONE ANNOUNCES 
BACK-TO-SCHOOL HELPLINE

Back-to-school time is a both an exciting and busy time of year for students 
and their families. In Richland One, students will grab their school supplies 
and head back to classes on Monday, August 20.

Richland One wants to make sure the opening of the new school year goes as 
smoothly as possible. This year the district will have a Back-to-School 
HelpLine in operation for the first three days of school. Representatives from 
several key departments, including Student Transportation Services, Student 
Nutrition Services and the Registrar?s Office, will staff the HelpLine to 
answer back-to-school-related questions and address any issues or concerns.

Persons in need of assistance are encouraged to call the Richland One HelpLine 
at 231-7645(ROHL). Hours will be from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., August 20-22. The 
HelpLine Call Center will be set up in Room 102 of the Stevenson Administration 
Building, 1616 Richland St.

?Our new Back-to-School HelpLine is a yet another vehicle that Richland One 
will use to ensure that we provide excellent customer service and are 
responsive to our students, parents and the community,? said Richland One 
Superintendent Allen Coles.?
