MESSAGE FROM ST. ANDREWS MIDDLE SCHOOL:


Red Ribbon Week was created to remind students of the importance to be =
"Drug and Alcohol Free"!  Even though we only celebrate it during the last =
week in October, it is important to remember to always be "Drug and =
Alcohol Free"!  Help the St. Andrews Middle School Student Council by =
showing your support and participating in the events planned for the week!

Monday:  Wear Red Day

Tuesday:  "Sock it" to Drugs Day:  Wear your favorite crazy socks!  =20

Wednesday:  "Put a Cap" on Drugs Day:  Wear your favorite cap to support =
Drug Free Schools!                =20

Thursday:  "Pledge to be Drug Free":  All students should sign the pledge =
sheets for their grade level!                                       =20

Friday:  "Tacky Day": =20
1.  No bedroom slippers of any kind =20
2.  No face masks
3.  No pajamas=09


Friday is also the day of the "Tacky Day" Dance.  Tickets are $2.00 and =
will be sold during all lunch periods on Wednesday and Thursday.  No =
tickets will be sold on the day of the dance. =20

Saturday: Saturday:  "SAMS Clean-Up Day":  Show your pride for our school =
and community by cleaning up the area.  Faculty, staff, and students will =
work hard to improve the appearance of our building.  We will begin at =
8:30 AM. Some teachers are giving extra points for students who participate=
 in this event. =20
