MESSAGE FROM ST. ANDREWS MIDDLE SCHOOL:
Teachers permitted students to make phone calls to parents while in
their classrooms. Parents on the listserv were notified because of the
ease of sending one email to reach many parents. If the delay had been
major, other methods would have been put in place such as contacting the
media (radio and television) through the district's communication's
department.
