Who:  Children of All Ages

Door Prizes will be given to the first 200 children (ages 8 - 11)!

Free Children’s Health Screening Includes:

Flu Shots
Vision
Dental
Blood Pressure
Asthma
Body Mass Index
Height 
Weight
Behavioral Health  



Parents/Guardians:  The free health screening is designed to identify
risk factors and undiagnosed diseases like hypertension, obesity, and
type 2 diabetes in children.  In order for your child to participate in
the valuable screening, you must be present. 

All physicals are performed by licensed health care professionals.
