St. Andrews Baptist Church on Bush River Road is sponsoring a
Basketball
camp "Christian Teams Improving Game Day" for boys and girls.  My son
has
been going since 6th grade and returned last year as a coach.  The camp
is
June 18 - June 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily.  The age
requirements:
must have completed 3rd through 6th grade during the 2006-2007 school
year.
Cost is $15.00 and transportation is available if needed.  The number
to the
church is 798-7325.

Providence Hospital is sponsoring Camp Med a two day summer camp for
rising 7th and 8th graders.  This program will let students experience
the health care profession first hand.  Students will be exposed to
life
in a hospital and provided an opportunity to consider various careers
related to health care.  Session dates are June 14-15 from
8:30am-2:30pm.

There is a $15 fee for this program and an application is required.
Applications are available in the Guidance Office for interested
students.

Application Deadline:  April 30.
