MESSAGE FROM ST. ANDREWS MIDDLE SCHOOL:


Join us November 12*18, 2006, to celebrate American Education Week (AEW). This 
year's theme, Great Public Schools: A Basic Right and Our Responsibility, 
highlights the importance of bringing together educators, school staff, 
parents, students, and communities in a unified effort to build great public 
schools. The theme also reflects NEA's vision of calling upon America to 
provide students with quality public schools so that they can grow, prosper, 
and achieve in the 21st century.

St. Andrews Middle School Events:

Monday, November 13:  Students will complete "The Most Influential Teacher" 
forms.

Tuesday, November 14:  Parents are invited to each lunch with the students.

Wednesday, November 15:  Teacher Treat

Thursday, November 16:  Teachers receive notes from students.

Friday, November 17:  Drop Everything and Read (DEAR) for 20 minutes during 
homeroom.

The above events are sponsored by the St. Andrews Middle School Student Council.
