MESSAGE FROM ST. ANDREWS MIDDLE SCHOOL:


The goal of the Ravenous Reader program is the same for all grade levels.

The student must read and pass the tests for 20 books for the total year.

*Important Dates:  January 6-mid year deadline (movie)               =20
April 15-year-end deadline (field day)                             =20

Usually, students are allowed to take tests at their leisure.  The AR =
testing program is available in most classes.  Some teachers may have =
separate guidelines as to when a child may take tests.  In many cases, a =
child may have a requirement for his/her ELA class. =20

The testing program is available in the school media center.  The media =
center is usually open in the morning by 8:15.  Students must have a pass =
to use the library in the morning and during lunch/recess. =20
