I Believe this should be a process that can be done on-line by either
downloading and printing a form from the appropriate website or
completing the form on line and returning via email or some other
electric form.  I too had a problem when I came to pick up a form during
the summer to complete. The person in charge was not around at first and
then I had to wait to return the form to her(I only had a thrity minute
break).  There was no line and only 2 other parents besides myself
there.  All I know is there has to be a better way.  Possibly have the
district research and see exactly how similar districts handle this and
budget for changes need to make this a more friendly procedure for
parents/guardians.

I have to voice my opinion on the lunch applications.  If they had been
coming home with all the other school work in the beginning of the
School year it would have eliminated the problem of parents having to
track down cafeteria workers and so forth.  I have been asking my
daughter about an application since school started.  Just to prove a
point unless I am totally persistent it won't happen.  The School should
be responsible for ensuring that these applications are handed out or
put in a folder day 1 of the school year.  I had to come to the school
to pick up my daughter's report card because no one bothered to look to
see if she had a new address even though, I had been to the school
previously to fill out new paper work and change of address form which
must have evaporated.  So my point is why should I have had to come to
the school.  The parents have to work also.  These are things that can
be handled in a more professional manner.  I am not angry just
dissapointed.
