I really need to stress that in order for the society to operate we need new
people (voting members of the society) to step up as new directors on the
board, and to be ready to take on the various things that need to be done to
run the band. If we don't have a functioning board this year it will likely
not be business-as-usual for Samba Nova and we'll have to consider some
changes. We can discuss at the meeting
We'll have kitchen access for 12:15 for those of you who want to reheat or
ensure your food is beautifully plated. The pot-luck will start at 12:30. We
don't anticipate having access to the gym to play music, unfortunately, as
the Chebucto Orchestra has an event until around 3:30pm
