After poring over the data I have decided to forego this evening. The
forecasted cloudiness is more than I wish to contend with, but it is really 
the transparency that will keep me inside (or at least away from the
eyepiece).

I'm up for either.  At this point, I'll take just about any form of
observing, including the kind that includes a dark site, comfortable lawn 
chair, good conversation and a cirrus smattered sky.
