If I were going out tonight (and I'm not), I would think about western or 
southwestern Arizona.  The CSC transparency map animation shows that  the high 
pressure that parks over Four Corners during the monsoon is gradually being 
pushed toward the northeast.  By 5 a.m., it shows pretty good transparency in 
Yuma by 5 a.m.  A lot of good that does us...
