   I is safe to post here again?
Looking at the sky clocks, UofA Weather Imagery http://www.atmo.arizona.edu/products/wximagery/azvis.html And my personal favorite Weather Underground (that has been more right on than any other model, and the graphics are nice) the answer is........... (drum roll)
IFFY We have all seen these conditions before where it looks like this and turns out to be a pleasant surprise when the sky becomes viewable. If you are a 10/10 kind of person then you will probably stay home. If you can accept less than optimum viewing then you will be glad to get out of the heat and enjoy great (nice) conversation at the very least. I will decide just before I head out at somewhere around 5:30.
