Rick, when Steve and I were there we read the yellow gas line signs. I don't remember, exactly, what they said but it was along the lines that you shouldn't dig here. There was no reference to not using the site, i.e. there were no "No Trespassing" type signs. We'll have to write down the content of the sign and post it here.
