All,
Sounds very strange that some are getting to the site and others are not. It 
must be something between your house, the ISP server and the GoDaddy server. If 
it continues, contact your ISP and see if they can help track-down the delay.

As for the calendar and newsletter, if you see 2006 information, try refreshing 
your browser, the calendar was updated a few days ago and the newsletter pages 
were updated a few minutes ago.
