I agree contacting another lawyer might be wise.  But making claims when
given evidence against it isn't.

SAC has other reasons for possibly using another lawyer not related to
your claims.  Whether we do or don't will be up to the board.


I have a question for you.  Would attend or not attend the 2006 Messier
Marathon strictly based on whether a signed liability release was
required?  If not, why not.
