While it sounds fair, I'm not sure about doing an observe-off would really assist in a resolution. First, using weekends could be impacted by weather patterns and one would be delayed for a month. We couldn't do two in March, because of the AAMM, would we? :) Would Peter's SQM give reliable readings if the sky was partly cloudy one night and clear the next? I don't know anything about this for a fact and will listen to those who know how to answer such a question. I'll have to check the distances but believe the distance difference on I-10 between the Antenna and Dirt Boulevard sites, is more than 30 miles.
