Actually, as shown in that Google Earth illustration I posted, it's a bit farther from Palo Verde than the Agua Caliente site, and better aligns it with the city. But the view of the eastbound traffic on I-10 to the west is a problem, as the headlights are visible. My thinking is that getting a few more miles south of where Jenn and I scoped the area out may solve that problem.
