I think Stan is correct.  How about starting the meeting at 1830Hrs and call
it a special meeting.  Send out an email to each and every member that the
club has an email address for, requesting a reply to where they would
attend?  This should give more time.  Just a suggestion.  Get me the email
list and the email you want to send and I will do it, if no board member has
time.
