Hi Richard,
Thanks that you'll take this project on.  Personally, I like the idea of a 
small plain logo shirt instead of a big splashy one; and I like the $9.30 move 
than twice as much more than I like the $21.45!  Put me down for two size L 
small B/W logo shirts.

  Since we are out of stock of SAC T-shirts in the most popular adult sizes 
(translation:  for those of us with "giant" or "supergiant" torsos), I have 
been checking into getting more printed.  Jack Jones provided me with the JPG 
files for the logo, one in black and white (small, about 3.5" in diameter) and 
the other large and in three colors (approx 10" in diameter).

   

  The small logo is designed to go over the heart or on a T-shirt pocket.  The 
large one is for a front-and-back shirt.  Images of the shirts may be seen at:

  Dirk at Infini-Tees (here in Phoenix) can make them for us, but there is a 
one-time setup fee.  Since we don't have the original screens for the 
silk-screen process, Dirk would have to make these first.  The screens cost $18 
each to make. So the screen for the small logo would be $18.00 but for the 
large one, we are dealing with 8 screens (four each, front and back, one each 
for black, blue, red and yellow), so $144.00 for the large logo.

   

  Next, there is a per-shirt fee of $8.85 for a plain T-shirt with the small 
logo (pocket shirts would be a little more) and $17.85 for a plain T-shirt with 
the large color logo.

   

  If we combine all this, we get the following pricing table:

  10                           $10.65                   $32.25

  20                           $9.75                     $25.05

  40                           $9.30                     $21.45

   

  Once we have the screens made up, Dirk said there is no more setup fee and 
he'd keep the screens in storage for future runs, which would then just be for 
the price of the shirt and screening process.

final price will depend on how many orders we get.  I'll let you know the
