Thanks. I couldn't imagine Paul was referring to one's employer because 
I could never imagine someone doing something like this with company 
owned equipment without first getting the okay. So, it seemed he must 
have been talking about ISP's (they are companies) but that didn't seem 
right either. I think what this shows is that while many citizens think 
government employees are a bunch of goof offs, at least where I used to 
work this was definitely not the case and there were strict rules on 
what one could do with State equipment. There have been, for example, 
unexpected audits of what an employee has on their hard drive, and 
people have been fired. It appears government employees may be harder 
workers than private industry employees (-:
