[sac-forum] Re: Saddle Mt - tonight

Andrew, right now I'm leaning on taking the 8" SCT because the wind may be too much for the Dob, not to mention the deteriorated seeing condition caused by dust kicked up by the wind.

If no one else is staying over night then I'll be returning home around midnightish.

Clear skies,
aj

Not sure at this time. That will be up to Wes and who ever else shows up. I am open to midnight or latter depending on the sky conditions and what ever other factors dictate. This will be first light after a overhaul by Dean down at Starizona on my telescope. He even said that is was on him, what a great guy. Steve and I stayed on for one of his "star parties" from his parking lot. Lots of fun.

Andrew, I would like to plan on leaving between 4:30pm and 5:00pm. This should allow for traffic problems. Will you be staying all night or planning or departure around, say, midnight?

Clear skies,
