Here is what I can discern from the STF 2000.0 catalog:

STF=3D "sigma" FGW Struve Dorpat catalog
STT=3D "O-sigma" Otto Struve Pulkovo catalog
STTA=3D "O-sigma-sigma" Otto Struve Pulkovo catalog addendum

STF 2000.0 is a 2002 publication edited by Jan Weis. If I read the chart
correctly, this data was last confirmed in 1998, so it is pretty recent.
Apparently many of the measurements are cross-referenced to the Tycho =
and/or
Hipparchos catalogs.
