[sac-forum] SAC membership renewal

Hope this is the right place to make a suggestion.  I just went to the SAC
website to renew my membership.  Took me 5-6 clicks to find the right spot.
It would be a good idea to put a direct link on the main page to Join/Renew
Membership.

Another improvement would be to allow folks to join and renew memberships
online and pay by credit card or Paypal.  EVAC just implimented this service
but it might be a lot of trouble.
