Chris et al, this is just what I was looking for because it is this book 
from which the SAC Herschel 400 list was derived.  I don't know when the 
changes were made but, perhaps after some discussion, that may be 
determinable.

It appears the discrepency with these two objects not only includes the 
Astronomical League but others as well.  Others seem to be Skytools from 
Capellasoft as well as Steven J. O'Mera's "Herschel 400 Observing Guide".

Will keep everyone posted.
