It is in an ASCII text file so it could be read by any text editor from the simplest most basic one to the more complex editor.

Let me clarify -

A: Which database did they use?

"database" as used in this instance is a generic term and can be any list of data, regardless of its format. It doesn't have to be an Oracle or Access designed set of data. What I was asking was if they could tell us when/which set of data they used.

B: Why haven't they updated?

The current listing can easily be exported from Excel as a text file in the order they require for assimilation.

Still, just a thought :-).
