[sac-forum] Re: SAC Double star database and Sky Commander

Tim, at that time I don't believe there was a database, it was just a list of 600 of the nicest doubles stars and has never been updated as such. Yes we came out with a larger, much larger double star list but it wasn't something that could have been used in the original Sky Commander.
It is in an ASCII text file so it could be read by any text editor from the simplest most basic one to the more complex editor.

A: Which database did they use?

B: Why haven't they updated?
