What an unfortunate attitude from a perspective President! I see Jeff making constructive suggestions in a civil manner, but instead he gets attacked like this. Maybe some people aren't as timely as others would like, but they should still be listened to. They also just might have something valuable to say, which appears to be the case with respect to when the speaker will speak since Rick said he would check to see why he wanted to do so before dinner. This is something that would not have happened had there not been what some prefer to call bleat/chisel/troll/offend/.
