[sac-forum] Re: Pot Luck Star Party this Saturday - start time?

I feel people should arrive by 5 pm to participate in the pot luck. If anyone
wants to arrive earlier than this, anytime on Saturday would be okay. I am
certain it will be "...smokeless skies..."  Right now there is no smoke plumes
to the east. Everything is nice and clear as it should be. It looks like the
Cherry Burn has been extinguished. Even the cumulus clouds that were hanging
over the mountains to the east earlier today have moved off.

There has been some speculation that the weather may not be good. I know this
will not be true because overtime I have had an event, or planned an event, the
skies were clear.(-:   Remember the hurricane that came through Arizona about
2-4 years ago? During the week leading up to an event I had planned the
forecasters were forecasting rain, sleet, hail, snow, clouds, etc. I canceled
the event but on the night it was to have taken place it completely cleared off
and it was the nicest cool evening with only a slight breeze.
