Folks,
This has recently come to my attention and since some of our observing sites
are within the county, I thought you all would also be interested.
I believe this was passed because of all the ATV traffic raising dust and
making noise.
I don't believe observing activity has ever cause any complaints, but as I
read it, we can only travel on private land with owner permission as for
public land, there needs to be a sign designating any unpaved area as open.

It looks like violation of this ordinance is a class 3 misdemeanor, but I'm
thinking that the only way this would really be enforced is if someone
complains.
