[sac-forum] Re: Night of clouds at Dirt Blvd

Tim, while reconitering this area it couldn't be helped but notice all the for sale signs along the way. My theory, guess, opinion is that it will be some time before this area is built up. Reason for this is that there are many square miles of open desert between this area and built up areas, like Buckeye, Wintersburg, Arlington and etc. It just seems to me it will be several years before some real development happens that will impact this site.

Then there is the current housing market slump that will last till next year. At least that is what all the pundits are claiming.

So, my guess is this site should be useful for, say, five years. But it is, alas, just a guess. Your guess may vary.

Clear skies,
aj

As to the longevity of this sight, did anyone else notice the
development that's popping up on Hwy 80 and all of the for sale signs on
the farm properties?
