Hello to all,=0D
My wife and I just joined your club, we just recently moved from Orla=
ndo
FL. where we belonged to an astronomy group called CFAS which stands for=

Central Florida Astronomical Society" I am into CCD Imaging, and have bee=
n
doing well in Florida. I have the 10" Meade Lx200 Classic on a Meade Supe=
r
Wedge. I just purchased the Orion ED80 and Lomsmandy mounting rails. I al=
so
have 13LB's of weight, 8lbs 2 dimensional an 5 lbs 1 dimensional set f=
or
counter weights Thus giving balance in DEC and RA. The problem that I hav=
e
been having is the drifting in DEC axis and sometimes in RA. I have PEC
trained the RA and DEC as needed hoping that this will solve the problem.=

The problem seemed to start when I added the ED80 for piggy backing a=
s a
guide scope. I was wondering if any of the club members could help me sol=
ve
this problem, I hate to remove the ED80 and go back to one dimensional
Imaging meaning taken dark frames as such. Your help would be deeply
appreciated. I live in Avondale, and would welcome any help.=0D
