The people at JBs have been exceptionally good at being prepared for our
arrival, and just not showing up would extremely rude on our part.

If we do this, we need to do a headcount of those still going to JBs. Then
those still going to JBs can notify the staff of the temporary reduction
in our numbers.  If it turns out that no one is going, a phone call should
be made to let the staff at JBs know.

Even better, move the Mars party to Saturday?
