Here's another nice project of putting together a free atlas.  It isn't such a 
small project - 29 files 21+MB.  Its 146 charts have pretty good documentation, 
at least from skimming.  It also uses about 3000 entries from version 7.2 of 
the SAC database.  It is available as PDF's but I don't know if there's a 
printed version - yet.
