I've been sitting at 3/4 complete for a while. With all the attention on
the subject, I guess I could get with it and finish up as well.

Oh not a problem, I was just curious. Hopefully I'll be sending my
checklist in in about two weeks if the weather cooperates. I was out one
morning this past cycle just before new moon, would have gotten about an
18 hour waning cresent but for clouds on the eastern horizon as the sun
rose. I sat there by our local airport in the car with my wife as the
twilight brightened hoping those clouds would move, the entire rest of
the sky was clear. That was the only clear shot at any 72 hour +/- new
moon for the cycle. But I have all the other naked eye, binocular,
telescope features so if the skies are clear in early June I'll get it
in.

You're right, wrong list, my mistake. I was thinking of the 10 optional
activities on the Astronomical League Lunar list. Sorry.

I'm only lacking the before and after "within 48 hours" cresents, and
"Old Moon in the New Moon's Arms" for the SAC 110 Best Lunar Award. (Its
been cloudy during the necessary periods for these for about 3 months now
here in Alabama) So not that it would matter to my completion as I'll
submit all 110 features anyway but I'm curious about the "10 objects of
the SAC list are optional . . ." I checked the information about
completing this award that is posted on the website and I didn't see
anything about 10 observations being optional.

And get your award along the way. Since 10 of the 110 of the SAC list
are optional I wonder if that would cover the differences between the two
lists? (Or by how many ours would be short of the Wood list... Could you
check that as you go along? Thx!

Peter;
What I am looking to do is add my notes into the document. So, I
guess the "Word" look alike will do great. I can just paste in my notes
and then check off what I have done. I will use a combination of the SAC
lunar list and the Wood's 100 so that I can shoot some images of all that
fun stuff over the next several years.
Plenty to do, thanks for your time and effort;
Steve Coe
P.S. How did you attach a form to a "Sac-forum" email? I thought
that freelists did not allow that?
