While it doesn't look like we will have excellent weather for this
weekend, this is the last one for getting observations in for Leo Minor
in order to have them in the upcoming issue. I'll start putting the
observations together this weekend in order to have a head start.
If you have a chance to get out, even if for a few hours, try the
following OSS105 at RA 10h 29.9m, Dec 28° 35m from Otto Struve’s First
Index Catalog. The galaxies are - NGC3294, NGC3344, NGC3432, NGC3486,
and NGC3504. The list hasn't changed.
If you have prior observations from last year or years ago, submit them.
It isn't necessary for them to be done just before the column is published.
So far there's only two observers that have submitted results; so don't
be shy - submit, submit.
Thanks and wishing clear skies for us,
aj
