I'm sure it is that much better, although I haven't officially been there
either; I tried to find it one time without the directions on my way back from
CA and wasn't sure if I did, but had fun exploring. Hope you can make it, I
don't want to be the biggest telescope there :-)

I haven't been to the Hovatter site yet. Given that it's another hour further
than Vekol, is it that much better?
Also, the directions indicate that one has to traverse two washes. Is it
likely the recent rains will have affected the washes? I'm concerned about
getting my trailer in there (and back out).
That's a lengthy trip from the east... do attendees usually stay overnight?
Thanks for any insight.
Peter
