That is indeed what it is doing, since the latitudes of the sites match the declination readout and the R.A. is the current sidereal time. My first suggestion would be for them to provide a way to observe the sky from one of these sites, and Google Earth would then go into "horizon view" mode like planetarium software. Of course the surrounding horizon would show terrestrial features already built into the Google Earth database. Tom
