Bob, again not easy to answer.  If there is an early moon rise, say midnight or before, then most will begin packing up around the time that event.  If there is a late moon rise, say after midnight, then it becomes a larger answer.  Some may decide to packup and leave before the event, meaning you must be careful of white light and park near the exit with vehicle facing exit.  Otherwise many may choose to sleep over, that is observe as long as possible then crash and sleep until after sunrise.

Keep in mind if you choose to leave late at night please make sure you are awake enough to drive home without trying to sleep while driving!
