I will be around the house on Sunday evening if you would like to get
together.  I live at 7th Street and Thunderbird in Moon Valley.  Call me at
602-789-7786 and we can get together to make a deal.

I have no idea if the camera rail will fit your 10 incher.  We can get the
two together and you can see if the rail will fit.  If not, I would think
that an hour with a piece of aluminum plate and drill would allow you to
make some holes that would fit the camera rail to the scope.

I don't have any extra counterweights.  I bought what I have for my Nexstar
11 at Starizona when I picked up the scope.  They have a nice selection, you
might get in touch with them and see what they have that will fit your
scope.
